What's included in an Annual Maintenance Agreement?

  1. We will perform preventative maintenance and optimization services every 6 months (2 times per year)*.
  2. We will clean up your computer(s), removing any spyware, adware, malware, viruses, and general computer "clutter" that accumulates over time and slows down your system's performance. 
  3. Since dust accumulates inside your system (preventing critical components from cooling properly), we physically clean your system as well.
  4. We will update all operating system and programs and optimize your system for best possible performance. 
  5. We will back up your files and data per a pre-arranged backup protocol or verify that your backup systems are functioning properly.

Call us if you have any query, concern or a problem regarding your computer or its operation. Most times we can walk you through a process or answer your questions with a quick telephone conversation or by connecting remotely via the Internet.  Often the right answer at the right time can solve lot of problems and save your valuable time.

REDUCED LABOR RATE (1/2 price labor)

  1. All routine preventative-maintenance work is included in your maintenance agreement. 
  2. Any additional work we do for you will be at half our normal application rate. This rate is for repairs, upgrades or any projects that you might need help with.
  3. Emergency (same day, after hours, and holidays rates) service not included in the contract.
  4. Half price labor does not apply to physical damages, burnt or rusted hardware repairs like broken screen, DC jack replacement or Data Recovery Services. 

We offer three types of maintenance contract:

Standard- We provide quarterly preventive & maintenance service 4 times a year.

Premium- We provide service as & when required & you pay the repair/replacement cost only.

Platinum- We provide service as and when required. Replacement of parts included in.

  • Charges per visit for Hardware Issues - Rs. 500 + 18% GST
  • Replacement of Spares cost extra
  • Ideal for SOHO (Small Office & Home User)

We also provide AMC with onsite engineer for large corporate clients with 100 + PC's 

  • Engineer will be present at client premise 6 days a week for minimum 4 hours per day 
  • Standby Spares (subject to availability)
  • Routine Preventive Maintenance

  • Avail 10% discount if AMC is for Desktop/Laptop/Printer purchased from us
